A certified tile installer (CTI) has succesfully completed a written and physical installation testing. The testing has been completed using the National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA) https://www.tile-assn.com/ handbook, The American National Standards Institute and Tile Industries Manufacture's installation recommendations methods.
