A certified tile installer (CTI) has successfully completed a written and physical installation testing. The testing has been completed using the National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA) installation and methods set forth in the https://www.tile-assn.com/ handbook, The installation methods are in part adopted from the American National Standards Institute and Tile Industries Manufacture's installation recommendations methods.
